I have created a new e-mail file for my Outlook 2010, because such files will be very big over the years. In Outlook 2010 the old file was closed and should not be used anymore, so there is no active connection to that file.
After I change the default file in Outlook, the BlackBerry Desktop Software (BBDS) can't synchronize the data between Outlook 2010 and my device BlackBerry Bold 9780. The software shows the critical message, the (old) folders are not available - logically. The help file of BBDS presents no solution for this problem. What should the user do after a new installation of the operating system? Obviously there is not a possibility to set a new folder. Very inflexible software.
Is there any simple solution for that problem? Should I only change the (same) device in BBDS?
