Desktop Software for PC

I can't install my desktop manager software for my new blackberry because my mac is telling me I need to update my OS X 10.4. Is there a way around this or do I need to install leopard?

If you read the system requirements for DM for Mac, you'll see it clearly states you must have 10.5
