I used 0utlook 2010 32 bit upgrade from Outlook 2007 on my Sony Vaio running Window Vista and synced just fine with Desktop Manager 6.0. I bought a new HP laptop running Windows 7 and reinstalled the same Outlook 2010 and the new Desktop Manager Ver 126.96.36.199 and haven't been able to sync with Outlook because the applications under Configure Settings does not recognize and show Outlook. I am not on an exchange server, nor do I have the Blackberry Enterprise Server. I read the documents and understood that I could directly sync my Blackberry with Outlook 2010 either going thru Bluetooth or USB. Please send me a note ASAP!
