Yes, I think it's clear that your questions have been answered and that you don't understand this.
You've clearly stated this now 5-6 times. Understood.
We are users just like you, however. If you want to initiate some change, call your mobile provider and ask to have the issue escalated to RIM level tech support and voice your suggestions.

Mr Sanders, i you look at the emails sent to me by other members; they clearly pointed out that it was NOT a blackberry recon.sync fault BUT it was a problem BETWEEN OUTLOOK 2010 & the mail servers. Are you representative of RIM/ a qualified BB technician or what gives you authority to point fingers?

Point fingers? I believe I've just asked a question.

RIM/BlackBerry does not control what happens between Outlook 2010 and your mail server. BlackBerry has no interaction in that segment.
Hey, I can tell you're frustrated. Why don't you come back when you've calmed down, and seek further solutions (if that is your intent). You have some very knowledgeable and helpful users here. Be nice, quit attacking and making wisecracks about BlackBerry -- I promise you'll get much further here.
