My client has a BB 9780 and has successfully synced Outlook 2007 Contacts & Calendar for the past 2 years. A couple of days ago the calendar on the BB was blank after doing a sync. Contacts update OK but no calendar.
I ran the latest Desktop Manager update today and on the initial attempt to sync got a "CRADSDatabase ERROR 5032". Tried syncing again and get "Record with given Id exists already" and no calendar on the BB.
Searched the forums and saw several references to recurring appointments being an issue so the client deleted all of the recurring appts but still no calendar sync.
Anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions?

Have you already tried doing a clean uninstall of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and reinstaling it? If not, I would recommend trying that first. "How to perform a clean uninstall of the BlackBerry Desktop Software" http://bbry.lv/HVraPb
Is Microsoft® Outlook® configured to use a .pst file or Microsoft® Exchange?

I will be onsite again on Thursday and will try the uninstall/reinstall as per your suggestion. Re Outlook, it is a .pst file for a POP account. Exchange is not used.
I'll follow up Thursday after the uninstall/reinstall.
