Random songs aren't showing up in the desktop software. Some albums are cd's that I copied onto my computer and some are iTunes purchases. Most of them will show one or maybe two songs off of the album and that's it. What am I doing wrong?

Anything on network shares?
Do they all show up and play inside iTunes?
Where are you looking ... in a playlist? Or under the Artist name? Is the artist info set properly on the tracks?

They all show up in iTunes, and I'm looking under the artist name in Desktop Software. Actually, all of the music for my Blackberry is in my iTunes library. I thought maybe I had bought an unsupported album, but some of the songs on the albums work. For example, I bought an album yesterday on iTunes and only one song out of the 17 shows up in the blackberry desktop software, so it's looking in the right place, and the file type is supported.
What do you mean 'on network shares'?

I am having a similar problem--it looks like only music I bought from iTunes is considered "supported," and anything I ripped from a CD is "unsupported." I noticed in one of the previous replies something was mentioned about having all the album info included and correct. This is a step that I sometimes skipped when importing CDs (the Gracenote database part). Could this be the problem? And if so, how might I fix it? Thanks!
