Blackberry .... What are you playing at... Stuck on this message and can't get past it. Most of my Calendar info has been deleted on my Bold 9700. Does matter what I do. Will not get past the message "Preparing Sync Preview"
This is the last straw. Been an avid support of BB but you have made too many errors. I am moving the company away from BB. Take the advise of all the consultants. Sell RIM off!
Totally frustrated with you this time.

Have you figured this out yet? I am trying to update (using my charging cord) and cannot get past the PREVIEW screen...

No. Tried everything including what has been successful for others. Still in the same place..... Useless.

It is now Monday and I still can't sync my Blackberry....any updates? This is killing me...

how much longer is it going to be? I travel a lot and rely on blackberry to sync my appointments.

I too have discovered that my blackberry will now not sync and is stuck at this stage.

Uninstall version 7.0 and go to your telephone website (for me, it was Verizon) and download version 6.0 off their website.
