Problem about launch the Desktop Software for PC

Hi all,

 

I got the error message : "BlackBerry Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."  after I installed it by the zip installer named "610_b038_multilanguage.exe".

 

How to fix the error and launch the manager successdul?

I also cannot use the software with my Bold 9650.  I have a solution though - buy an iPhone.
