I'm having a Home Premium Windows 7 (64 bit) PC.
Here's the case:
Few weeks ago, i had a previous version of the Blackberry Desktop Software ( v 3.0.3.2) ( that's how its written in the "Version" section in the add/remove program list) ( It also appears as "BlackBerry Device Software Updater), and i can't un-install it, nor run it. The program appears in the Control Panel ( Add/Remove Program list ), but i can't un-install it, nor find it in my C:\ Drive.
It comes up with this error: http://imageshack.us/a/img191/5014/92455930.png
when i click Ok, this error comes up: http://imageshack.us/a/img809/1140/10157479.png
and when i click Cancel, this error comes up: http://imageshack.us/a/img715/4494/71102327.png
I'm clueless of how can i un-install this software.
On the other hand, when i downloaded the recent software of the BlackBerry Desktop Software (710_b033_multilanguage), i start up the installation file, when when it reaches the part of "Copying New Files", it stands there forever. It doesn't move.
Any clue of what is going on? is it my pc failing, or i got something wrong?
Help would be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot

i wish i could help, but I'm having the same issues. Why in the world this happened I don't know, but it started after I told it to upgrade to the next new upgrade. Surely there are people out there that's had this issue and know how to fix it.

I hope we could get a reply ASAP
