L jave Blackberry Curve 8310 - after clicking on a Norton download to fix cookies last night, I have somehow lost my Blackberry software. Message comes onto download new software from V3.6 version. I have dial up - was I supposed to "Run" it or "Save" it? I didn't know what to do so I hit "Run" - anyway - it took over 8 hours to download and then said older version existed and to hit"Continue" for old version or hit cancel - I hit cancel and killed the download which says unsuccessful. Before I do download again over night - do I hit save? I have a Blackberry User Tools Disk, but not sure what version it is. Help - probably dumb questions, I am sure.........
