Desktop Software for PC

Hey,

Can anyone help? Although my PC is getting on a bit (1gb, 1.7GHZ Athlon processor, Windows XP) it should be up to the job of running desktop manager no problem, but have had ongoing problems with both versions 6 & 7 of desktop manager.

The software takes an age to open and when it does the drop-down menus all appear corrupted; I can't see the text of the options and I haven't been able to back my phone up or update it. Anyone else out there experienced this? Uninstalling/re-installing doesn't help either.

Would you be able to provide a screen-shot of the Desktop Software interface when it is showing as corrupted? We will be able to better help if I can see the issue as you have described it. Also have you tried to create a new Administrative User Level profile on the computer to see if the same issue happens? (Note not the Administrator Porfile).

Control Panel> User Accounts> Create a New Account.
