Problems syncing BB Bold 9900 with Outlook 2007

Hi

 

Can someone assist me please.  I'm have problems with my synchronization with outlook.  I am using the Blackberry desktop software version 7.1 (bundle 1149).  A problem keeps occurring where when I attempt to sync my phone with my computer the sync preview shows that it wants to delete calendar entries from my computer when I did not request that.  Is there a way to rectify this issue?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Can you please verify that the appointments being deleted during synchronization are still on your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone? If they have been removed due to the Keep Appointments setting, the synchronization will try to remove them from Microsoft® Outlook® as well. This KB article provides more information on this.
