Problems with syncing Calendar with BB Desktop 7

Hi,

When I try to sync my calendar, I have the following error message : "Program error line 140 (.\Error.cpp)"

Can anyone help me please ?

PS : I have a BB Torch 9810 and a Windows 7 PC.

Hello,

 

There have been many new errors presented since the release of the latest Desktop Software (which, btw, you did not reveal your version of). So far, since none of these new errors are yet documented, the only thing I can think of is that the update/upgrade process somehow did not complete properly, and truly clean start over with the Desktop Software is therefore recommended. Here's a procedure:

This has worked for some folks, but not for all. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. Good luck!
