Program Error while synching

I am running Outlook 2007 and have a Blackberry Torch 9800.  Sync had been working, but Blackberry desktop software was updated yesterday to 7.1.0.32 Bundle 33.  

 

Program Error occurred at line 131 in .\Error.cpp      I am told to send the log to Tech Support.  This is not possible because no log is written after this error.  And I don't know how to send things to Tech Support.

 

Although I really like the Blackberry, I am about to change to an iPhone and a MacBook.  That with the iPad should really sync with little grief.
