Roxio Media Manager

Hello,

Does anyone know how I would download Roxio Media Manager so that I can download music and video clips?

Thanks,

S.

It's part of your Desktop Manager.

Re: Roxio Media Manager

I've tried installing the latest version of the desktop software (430_b025_english.exe ~217MB) with media manager several times, and yet I've never seen the media manager appear on the desktop software menu. The installation process has confirmed that I have the software that includes the media manager, but I don't get any prompts during the course of the installation that indicates that it has loaded the software. Any clue as to what I can look for to figure out what went wrong?

Thanks,

David

Re: Roxio Media Manager

Run the installer again, using repair mode.  Then in the custom list you need to select the media manager and select to option to install it.  I forget the exact wording, but a typical install doesn't think that installing media manager is typical. :smileysad:
