I had a Nextel Blackberry. I switched to a T Mobile Blackberry. I used the switch device wizzard which worked great except it brought over my old @sprint.blackberry.net e-mail and another e-mail account that do not work I know how to reconfigure the non working e-mail. But how do I delete the icons off my blackberry?
To remove the old account you need to go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book. Delete any service books that contain the old non-working emails.
