I found the error.  It's in the Tasks bit. Just untick Tasks, leaving Calendar etc ticked, and it'll synch fine. Hope someone at Blackberry is clearing this up as it's silly not to be able to use part of what's there.

I found a workaround which worked for me!

1. Quit outlook

2. Start sync from Blackberry desktop; now the profile is available

3. While syncing, start Outlook again (with the same profile)

For me that helped.
