I just downloaded the new Desktop software (v7.0 ??) and now i can´t sync with my device (Torch9800), after reading all data, the message freezes in "preparing sync preview".
Is there anything i can do?

It's a known issue, RIM is aware and investigating it, they have said.
Meanwhile if you choose, you can downgrade back to the version 6.1 software.
--From your PC > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, remove your current BlackBerry Desktop Software.
--Reboot your PC (Start > Turn off , etc)
--Upon startup, download this file: "610_b034_multilanguage"

--Install that file by double-clicking on it and following the prompts to complete the installation.
