I recently upgraded my Blackberry desktop software. Since then I haven't been able to sync my contacts with Microsoft Outlook. My phone is a Bold 9650 6.0. It gets partially through the sync process when I get the following error:
CRTranRec::GetLinkedRecordID:Invalid linked record Id

To resolve the issue we would need logs, please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to RIM so we can identify what is causing this issue.
