I would like to use the blackberry desktop software in order to sync the blackberry with the microsoft outlook calander, but when I do so, it copies all meetings since 2003... Is there a way to sync only the new dates, from today on?

You can setup your Calendar synchronization to only do future appointments, (i.e from this point forward). You must select the setting while doing the Calendar synchronization setup.
