Could you provide more information on the issue you are having with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software please? Do you receive any error messages? Please try uninstalling the BlackBerry® Desktop Software then reinstalling it and testing again. This KB article should help you uninstall the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
