Transfer address book from bold to pearl

i have recently given my BB BOLD 9780 for service and am using BB pearl 8100 meanwhile. but my back up file is not able to display contacts of bold into pearl.

 

can somebody tell me how should i transfer my BB BOLD contacts into BB PEARL.
