Wrong wrong wrong. Blackberry really screwed this one up. Myself and alot of other people have had the same problem. Yes downloaded blackberry link (pourly made product) did the file transfer from BB 9800 to Z10 completed succesfully. Go to use Z10, only 1 contact out of 381 transfered. Yes all old txt messages transfered and yes all BBM contacts transfered. That was it. No email addresses and settings no Contacts (but 1) No calendar dates. So I tried pairing with bluetooth and tried sending contacts that way. It said sent phonebook.vcf. I look at contacts still same 1 contact sent but now I have two of them. So I wipe my brand new Z10 and start over. Same problem. I have been a blackberry user for 9 years this is my Third phone my daughter and GF all have blackberrys im not new to them or the software (except Link). This should be straight forward. I have unlocked several and swapped data flawlessly. Please rectify ASAP.

did you sign in blackberry id when did the transfer ?
I did
did you sign in your blackberry id on your Z10 ?
I did
even if the design of BB link is poorly it worked for me..
as mentioned above... .and everything got transferred
even the bookmarks of my browser
myself too I have been with Rim /blackberry for 10 years
but still love it especially the Z10
