Unable to install Blackberry USB and Modem Driver v4[1].3.msi

When I try to run this install to get the correct drivers for the USB aas well as for the modem so I can use the tethering capabilities with my 8830.  I get an erro that stats the Desktop Manager is already installed.

 

I have installed Desktop Manager 4.3, but apparently it does not contain the correct drivers for the USB and Modem.  My issue is that when I plug the BB in using the USB cable it gets recognized but it will not charge.  I get a message that states incorrect USB driver does not support hardware charging.  As for the modem when I go to network properties there is no modem connection to use for the tethering.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager included the USB and Modem drivers. You should not have to install anything. Who is your wireless carrier? Some carriers offer easy install software to access tethering. Additionally, some carrier require an additional monthly fee before you can tether.
