Unable to log and synch with BB PC

Hello I am unable to log and synch my bb with the BB Desktop software.

its prompting to to key my Password which i have and its refusing.

 am using the device password to log but its refusising.

Can you use that password to access you device?

Hello, I have this problem as well. I used all my 10 time to log in and the windows appear that if I type another incorrect password my device data will be deleted :smileysad:

I can access to my device with my password but can not access to my desktop PC with that password.
