Unable to sync BB Curve 9380 with Outlook 2010

I am converting from an iPhone to a BB Curve 9380 and am having trouble sync'ing with my Outlook 2010 calendar and contacts. I continuosly get an error message saying "Organizer failed to start - The BB Desktop Software could not load your previous organizer data configurations. Reconfigure your organizer settings to synchronize organizer data between your computer and your Blackberry device". I have removed all Apple software on the machine, and I cannot find any settings in Outlook relevant for sync'en. What can I do?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

This KB article should provide more information on the synchronization error you are receiving as well as a workaround to enable your synchronization. ""The organizer module could not load and will be turned off" when configuring synchronization in BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.1" http://bbry.lv/SdDLCO
