Vista cannot find USB drivers

I have a Blackberry Storm 9530.

I have 3 PCs: 2 laptops running Vista Business and one desktop running Vista Ultimate.

I installed USB and Modem Drivers DM4.7b50 on all 3 machines.

If I connect the BB to either of the 2 laptops, the USB drivers install fine and all is well.

If I connect it to the desktop, Vista cannot find the drivers.

I've tried having Vista search online.

I've also tried manually pointing the Vista driver install process to:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\USB Drivers

And finally, I've done the full uninstall procedure (per KB02206), reboot, reinstall.... no success.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I am not familiar enough with Windows to know how it matches up drivers nor how it interprets the RimUsbNT.inf file to make the match....
