Hi,
I have a problem with the Desktop Manager. Installation worked well and it when I start the program and have the BB connected everything looks fine. The program tells me it is connected to the BB and also on the BB I see there is a connection.
Only thing: When I want to click on “Sync” or any other option, NOTHING happens.
I tried version 5.0, 5.1.0, 4.7 all with the same error. I am sure it is something with my Laptop. I am using Vista (32) have all updates installed. I use Firefox, not Explorer (but Explorer is still installed).
Please help. Maybe a plug-in needed for the program is missing on my laptop?!?

one more thing: I do not see the PIN number / device in the lower left corner. I just installed the software on a XP computer and there it works fine. I have Vista on my laptop.
