Which Desktop manager to download for 8900 bb curve

Hi

 

could anyone advise

 

a) what the best desktop manager software there is for a blackberry 8900 

b) The best place to download the software

I found this scary note in that link:
Note:
If you did not purchase BlackBerry directly from Research In Motion (RIM),
please contact your service provider to determine if this software has been authorized for use with your handheld.

Looks like first one should consider provider, then model of the device which comes with certain version of OS.

It's CYA - legaleese. Doesn't matter. Your carrier doesn't care either.

 

Device OS has not bearing on the DM version, or vice versa.
