backup on pc

i am not able to take a backup of my contacts and other data on pc. i have downloaded desktop software for pc but it shows error when clicked to run. the downloaded link is : 710_b042_multilanguage (1).exe

 

but after nothing moves

Unfortunately, from those sparse details, I cannot tell for sure what is going on. For example, you say you downloaded it but it says "error" when you try to install it. But, you also say you can't backup, which might imply that you can install, but can't run it after the install. Finally, from just "error", it's pretty much impossible to diagnose anything...the exact and complete content of any error messages presented are always better than one word synopses.

 

Hence, I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
