Hello porcha24,
Sorry to hear about your issue.
You can download the BlackBerry® Desktop Software by going to www.BlackBerry.com/DesktopManager Once on this page follow the instruction for your specific system setup.
Hope this helps. Have a good day.

Hello again,
First, thank you for trying...but can I request one more thing? Punctuation? You see, some of us are not very good at parsing out "text speak" that lacks all punctuation, sentence structure, etc.

I don't understand that part..."no location"? When I look, on my system, and the "Uninstall or change a program", I see a line item for "BlackBerry Desktop Software 7.0", from Publisher "Research In Motion Ltd.", the data I installed it, and the version number (7.0.0.59). What do you see, exactly?

And it does not have one now? Or it does? I cannot tell.

How do you know this? What do you see that tells you this?

Hopefully, if you can describe exactly what you see, we'll be able to figure it out.

You mean the link to download the Desktop Software, provided in post 2 above?

Nor do I...I have no idea, from that description, when in the process you are being presented with that. If you can describe, step by step, how you get to that point, perhaps we can help better...but I really have no idea how you get to that step. For instance, if you told us this:
Then we could perhaps have a better idea of just what is going on. But, as described, I've really no idea.

I still have no idea what you are trying to describe. Unless you are a corporate/BES user, then there is no need to do ANYTHING with Enterprise. And, from what you are describing, I cannot figure out when (much less why) you are being presented with anything to do with Enterprise.

Step by steps from you, with proper punctuation, sentence structure, bullet lists (where applicable), etc. will help greatly in understanding what you are attempting to describe.
Thanks!

Given that I don't understand your situation, I have no idea what "it" is that you are attempting to download. I really want very much to help you, but I can't understand your situation, so I am completely lost. I gave you, in a post earlier, an example of what would help me (step-by-step...), but you've so far not done that, so I remain as lost as you. If you'd just do what I'm asking of you, then perhaps I could help you. But, if you leave me lost like this, I can't know what to recommend to help you. I can't see what you see, so I have only your descriptions to help guide me...and, so far, I cannot figure out what is going on, so I really don't know what to recommend to you.
Again, if you could take it slow, step by step, and describe, step by step, exactly all the things you do to lead up to the message, then I might have a way to help...but I'm lost, so I don't know what to do unless and until I have information from you that I can work with.
