cannot access media manager

Hello i am new to the forums.  I have a blackberry storm and i installed the desktop manager so that i can transfer picture and music files to my phone.  i can't seem to access the media manager (the "start" button is not clickable--everything else is clickable save for that one button). im able to transfer music files through windows media player, not through the desktop manager, but i'd like to be able to transfer pictures from my pc to my phone.

 

any ideas? do i need to install something extra? much appreciated.

Seems that you've installed BB Desktop Software without Media Manager.

 

I avoid use of Roxio Media Manager because it is non-reliable and works slowly (when works).

 

I use my bb  as a usb flash-drive to transfer files to/from memory card.

It is much more convenient than use of Media Manager.
