Hy.

I've got a problem. I lost my phone and I have no signal, so i can't find it with the locater on blackberry protect. now I have another problem. I saved my data only with blackberry protect. So when I logg in on blackberry protect I see my device and I also see, that on 3 days ago it saved my data. but now I need my contacts. can I connect blackberry protect with my blackberry desktop software so I can see all my contatcs on my computer? or does someone know what I can do? Thanks for your help cuz I'm kinda despret right now. :-(

The only thing I can think of is when you get your replacement blackberry, you can use protect to restore the data.

I don't know of another way of doing this.  i didn't see any kind of export feature on the protect website.

Okay, I got now an older Blackberry. it is a Blackberry curve 8310. but now i have the problem that it says blackberry protect can not be installed on this phone. **bleep** it. do u know why? I already restored the factory settings and also put the newest software version on the phone. thanks for replying!
