Desktop Software for PC

I ran a successful data backup this afternoon, ran a security wipe on my device and now my data will not restore.  Help?

What's happening, what error,, you didn't say.

Yes, restoring from PC.  No error message.  It says the resore was successful.  When I go to check my contacts, it's empty.

Open your Address Book > menu key > Filters, make sure all of them are UNchecked.

See anything?

If not, look at Options > Status.

press the Menu key > Database Sizes.

What are the number to the right of Address Book data?

No filters on.
Can't find Database size but I have 237MB of free storage space.

Try again, I need to know.

Try Options > Device > Status > Menu key > Database sizes.

Found it. 0.0k on both addressbook databases.

When you get to the section asking you to select the backup file, you will click on the "select data" and then scroll the Address Book.
