desktop manager password

I just downloaded blackberry desktop manager and when I connect it to my phone it asks for a password. I don't know what my password is, i tried my password to ulock my phone my password for downloading apps but neither worked i don't have any other passwords for my phone. I feel really silly asking this but what is this password? thanks in advance!

Re: desktop manager password

kenz, it is actually the very same password as that on your device.

Remember though, if you're entering the password on your 9300, say your password is '1234', and you don't press the ALT key for EACH character, your actual password on a full keyboard will be 'wers'
