hey there

I've just downloaded the new version of the desktop manager version 6

but i cant open the program every time i open it a box shows and says " blackberry desktop software has stopped working"

me how can i fix it?

First off, try uninstalling DM6 and reinstalling it.

i tried uninstalling and installing it again, it still didnt work.

Also i tried to install the old version i was using which is version 5 it worked and then i installed the new version and still it didnt work.

You are not the only one experiencing this serious issue.  Check the trail on "Desktop Manager 6.0 Crashing" a little further down on this forum.  Just add to it if you can as it is a rather complete trail.
