error whit sync. with my office calendar

Hi ,

i have a error when i wanna sync my calendar from outlook

my error is : 0x80040fb3

but when i do it from a different profile with a author email address, i don't have that problem.

Can it be because my calendar is shared with my office an that colleges can't put something in my calendar ?

Can some one help ?
