I'm having the same problem. This is very disruptive for my business. I would like a solution.
It has been working perfectly for over a year and has worked once out of 30 attempts in the past 1.5 weeks. I have since reinstalled the desktop software and also done a clean OS6 install on my device. Carrier says it's a problem with RIM and will not provide support.
