my blackberry desktop software has stopped working, windows is check for a solution to the problem????? not open, stopped working..

please, someboddy can help me, i dont know, why shoot me that problem, i cant open desktop manager..

im try, to re-install the 7.1 and 6.1.. but nothing, shoot me the same problem, i have the windows 7 ultimate x64 bits.. please someboddy help me.

i'm not sure either. i am also running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit but havent had any problems.
