after installing the new desktop version, I can no longer sync my playbook.
It works with my BB but not with my playbook (that is also using the latest version).
my desktop is running win 7.
I uninstalled the desktop sw, reinstalled it again but no way to connect it to my playbook.
I get retry, update cancel message box all the time...
how can i fix this or can I get back an old desktop version?

When you plug your BlackBerry PlayBook into your PC, does Windows detect the connection? Do you here the connection sound?

I have the same problem after the update now my play book wont sync tried a fresh wipe new install and still no connection. you here it tries to connect but no go !

I see the driver is installed, but it does not connect.
What is interesting is until the last OS update, it was working fine, I was able to sync all the time...but now...nothing
