Re: ok next question!

Your pictures are saved as jpg so there should be no need to change the file type.

Do you want to transfer them from your berry to a pc to upload to a website?

This is from the User Guide.

Media file management
About transferring media files
You can connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer to transfer files between your device and your computer, or you can use
Bluetooth® technology to send media files to or receive media files from a Bluetooth enabled device.
If you connect your device to your computer, you can transfer files between your media card and your computer using mass storage mode,
or you can transfer media files between your device and your computer using the media manager tool of the BlackBerry® Desktop
Manager. For more information about using the media manager tool, see the Media Manager Online Help.
If you turn on media card encryption and you transfer files to your media card using mass storage mode or Bluetooth technology, your
device does not encrypt the transferred files. If you transfer encrypted files from your media card using mass storage mode or Bluetooth
technology, you cannot decrypt the files on your computer or on a Bluetooth enabled device.
Transfer a file between your device and your computer using the media manager tool
1. Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
2. On your computer, open the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager.
3. Double-click Media Manager.
4. Drag a file or folder from one location to another.
For more information about using the media manager tool, see the Media Manager Online Help.
Transfer a file between your device and your computer in mass storage mode
Verify that mass storage mode is turned on.
1. Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
2. On your computer, double-click My Computer.
3. In the Devices with Removable Storage section, click Removable Disk.
4. Drag a file from one location to another.
To exit mass storage mode, disconnect your device from your computer.

1. In the media application, click a media type.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Receive Using Bluetooth.
4. Click Yes.

Re: ok next question!

If you want to put them on Facebook, you can download the Facebnook application from Blackberry and that allows you put pictures from your phone directly on Facebook.

Another way I do it (since I have a mac) is to email the photos to myself, then get them on the computer.

There may be a way using Desktop Manager, but since I use a mac I do not have experience with it and do not know if it is possible to do.

Re: ok next question!

Or use one of these

microsd card reader

There's no software to install. Just take the card from the berry and insert it in the reader. Insert the reader in the usb and and it appears a Removable  Disk.

Since the berry has installed it's folders on the card that's how they'll appear on a pc and maybe a mac. Just copy them from the picture folder.

Maybe payroll knows the mac part.
