hi

 

i have taken the backup from the software but it is in pid file. how can i convert it into xls format. is there any software to do so.

Welcome to the forums. 

 

There is no supported way to view this file on a computer. In order to view the content of the file you will need to restore the backup file to a BlackBerry® smartphone.
