Guys! Help please!

Our server crashed and before everything was fine- now I have a new server and re-installed BB DM. I use redirector via MS exchange server. When i connect for first time it finds outlook profile OK and I can do everything with DD DM but the E-mail settings are greyed out! The server status is Offline and will not connect.

It says "e-mail settings are not available without an online connection to your messaging system"

I have opened ports on server to no avail!

Windows SBS 2003 - BB DM is version 4.3.0.17

Any info greatefully recieved - I am sure it is something local or from server reconfig - but cannot find anything different!

Can you confirm via the Event Logs that the Mail subsystem has started?

Can you connect to your email on that PC (You may need to create a Mail profile to test this) 

Are you using the Desktop Redirector? 

What is the "Status" say?
