Desktop Software for PC

Hello,

I want to instal blackberry desktop software with the roxie software.

Now i read that u can custom ur installation to do so, but When I instal the software it doens't give me the option to custom the installation. so my question is how can i get this working???

All this is to get the Roxio Mobile Media Manager working.

This because i need it to convert the .REM files

You actually don't need Roxio® Media Manager for BlackBerry® smartphones, just follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11454

Well I accualy already have tried that the point accualy is that the .rem fils are not from my own BB.

They are from a BB from a friend but this BB doesn't work anymore that why i tried it this way.

Also I haven't seen where i would be able to transfer them so 

or maybe you have other suggestions??

please let me know
