Desktop Software for PC

I loaded the desktop software on my new computer which is 64 bit, Vista. From the first time I tried to sync, I get a "unkown error" and it no longer syncs. The software worked fine on the 32 bit system. Any solutions?

No solutions, I haven't heard of anyone getting the DTM working in 64bit vista, are you using 4.7?

I am using 4.7 and using Windows Vista 64 with no problems.  Just the one I posted earlier regarding administrative rights.

I am having the same issues when I try to sync.  Do I need to load a different version other than 4.7 to get it to work?

I didn't have to. I just turned off admin rights, installed 4.7, then turned on admin rights again. Works without any problems for me.
