I have been getting a message when I try to sync my device to my computer that says:
CRTran DB :: AddNew : Duplicate record Id - FFFFE3E8
My devices are no longer synchronizing even though the desktop software appears to run.
I have worked through the help section but can not get the sync to work so perhaps the problem is related to this error message.
Any suggestions? Where can I get help?

Welcome to the Support Community!
Which email client on your computer are you synchronizing with? Which organizer is being synchronized when you receive this error? (Calendar, Address Book, Memos, Tasks) You may have to synchronize each of these individually in order to find out which one the synchronization is stopping on.

My apologies for bursting into your discussion, but I have the very same problem.
If this is of any help, I use MS Outlook 2010 on Windows 7, and the active organizer when the problem occurs is the calendar.
BerryHelp - is this the same situation with you?
Frankie - can you suggest a solution?
