I am trying to update my handheld through my PC but I keep getting a fatal error message how can I rectify this.
I have tried all the things, wiping handheld, making my USB points not turn off to save power.
Uninstalled the bb driver.

Are you getting these messages in your PC? If yes you need to clean uninstall and the install Desktop Manager without media manager.
