connected via cable to upgrade my device software.. it has frozen on 'search options' during back up stage.. been like this for 2 hours now.
dont know what to do
if i can unplug??
tried contacting BB via twitter but nothing..
any info greatly recieved..

Try doing a custom backup, using the BlackBerry® Desktop software, removing the "Search Options" database, then try the update again without selecting the automatic backup. The following article will show you how to do a backup via the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
