windows password downloading desktop software - it is returning an error

When I download the desktop software, it is requiring my windows login and password. I am correctly entering the password; however, it is returning an error - please enter correct password.

Below is a link of the screen shot.

I did change my password - I did not have one set before this. Even after I reinstalled the bberry software it prompts me to enter a valid password.

Again that is not Desktop Manager install window. It is most likely administrative service for some resource kit.
