We are experiencing performance problems when synchronizing blakberries to BES at the O365 (cloud) platform.
1. a user is created in BES (cloud)
2. an activation password is generated
3. the user wipes the blackberry
4.the user gets an e-mail with activation code
4. the user waits approx. 30 minutes
5. the user fills e-mail address and activation code at the blackberry
6. the user chooses activation (all done WiFi)
7. result is:
7a. OR blackberry keeps connecting to server (trying to)
7b. OR blackberry sync is working but email isn't synchronized
7c. OR blackberry sync is working, but agenda items aren't synchronized
7d. OR blackberry sync is working, but contact items aren't synchronized
7e. OR a combination of 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d
Today i noticed that some activations are working and completing but the performance is very slow.
It is with reactivating (already registered users who get another e-mail address for instance) and
with activating (new users)
Also deleting a user and then creating a user does not make a difference. The synchronisation will not complete, or not complete fully.
Please advise:
a. can i solve this in some way?
b. are there any maintance jobs at blackberry?
c. could it be that an update on a blackberry causes this problem? (although the performance seems to be the problem)
